Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are custom-made for each order using a print-on-demand service (Printful), we do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased in the wrong size, items you no longer want, or items ordered by mistake. Refund requests for these reasons may be considered at our discretion.

Defective, damaged, incorrect, or misprinted items:
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue, and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost or undelivered orders:
If tracking shows your order as lost or undelivered, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and assist you.

Return shipping:
In most cases, you won't need to return the item to receive a replacement or refund for a defective or misprinted item. If a return is required, we'll provide instructions. Returns sent back without authorization may not be eligible for a refund.
